TIM Customer Day 2025 was a first for us. The location on the top floor of the Highlight Towers in Munich lived up to its name – with impressive views and a little adrenaline rush in the glass, ultra-fast elevators.
Our BPM experts Kevin Lang and Sojo Nagaroor attended live and experienced a day full of inspiration, innovation, and exciting conversations. We were particularly pleased that numerous Swiss companies were also represented, including SBB, Stadtwerke Winterthur, and Energie 360°.
Inspiration at all levels
The focus was particularly on the new AI features of TIM Flow, which show how processes can be made even more efficient, faster, and smarter.
The presentations offered a wide range of insights – from successful examples of process improvement and innovative digital ideas to practical scenarios involving TIM Flow. A particularly exciting example came from the German Aerospace Center (DLR), where procurement processes in the management of research infrastructures were successfully digitized with TIM Flow.
For example, when an aircraft or wind tunnel is requested for a research project, an approval workflow is automatically initiated that requests all the necessary information and digitally controls the corresponding approvals. This is an impressive example of how targeted process automation can create efficiency and transparency.
The live demos clearly demonstrated the potential of modern automation and process innovation: processes can be accelerated, manual tasks reduced, and approval processes significantly simplified – clear proof of how much digitization is already changing everyday work.
Exchange and new ideas
Between sessions, there was plenty of time for discussions and networking with participants from various industries, as well as for exchanges with TIM employees. We were able to take away many exciting ideas and suggestions.
An inspiring conclusion
What particularly stuck in our minds on this day was the concise statement – «Everything is possible!» – made by a speaker who reported on her experiences with TIM Solutions.
