Workflow Analytica 2025 – Event review
by Kevin Lang

Once again, we were live at Workflow Analytica 2025 in Berlin – the industry get-together for everyone who not only thinks about process management, but lives it. The exchange with the process management community on site was intense, inspiring, and extremely enriching from a technical perspective.
We particularly enjoyed the contributions from:
Björn Richerzhagen, who used humor and plain language to show how to convincingly bring the topic of process management to the executive suite.
Theresa Klose, who hit the nail on the head with her keynote speech “Done is better than perfect” – because pragmatic process management works.
Mirko Kloppenburg, who presented new methods for process mapping with his Process Lab – interactive, creative, and practical.
Falko Menge, who took us on a journey through the further development of standards such as BPMN 3.0, DMN, and the upcoming SDMN.
There was also plenty of opportunity for personal exchange – it was particularly nice to be there together with our partners Fabian Ludacka from TIM Solutions GmbH and Serge Schiltz from processCentric GmbH.
Together, we were able to have many valuable conversations, relay experiences, and share exciting insights from practice. Whether talking shop between presentations or over coffee breaks, the personal exchange with our partners enriched our participation in Workflow Analytica in a special way. After all, genuine collaboration arises mainly through direct dialogue – authentic, open, and on an equal footing.
The Workflow Analytica Night at DataSpace Berlin was the crowning finale. In a relaxed atmosphere, discussions continued, laughter rang out, contacts were made – and the food was excellent! The live cooking event with real professional chefs brought culinary highlights to the table, while the DJ ensured a great atmosphere. The relaxed kitchen party went on late into the night – a perfect end to two thoroughly successful event days.
We are already looking forward to the next Workflow Analytica on May 7 and 8, 2026, at the Colosseum Berlin – and hope to see many new and familiar faces there again.
