With the new homepage feature, you can create a fully customizable landing pages for your Bynder self-service portal – visually impressive and strategically effective. It helps strengthen your brand identity, guides users directly to relevant content, and promotes active use of your DAM system – all without additional development effort.

Whether you're working with a pre-designed template or building your page from scratch, this feature offers maximum flexibility. You can embed assets directly from the DAM, adjust layouts with a few clicks, integrate videos, or add navigation elements.

A highlight: If you use Advanced Analytics, you’ll see exactly how users interact with your portal – even without a login on public pages. This allows you to continuously improve your homepage based on data and place content more strategically.

The redesigned Duplicate Management – including the new Similarity Search and a completely revamped interface – makes managing your media library faster, more intuitive, and more efficient.

The Duplicate Manager now detects not only exact duplicates but also visually similar images – without the need for complex metadata searches. With just one click, you can find alternative versions, thematically matching visuals, or images with a similar look & feel – ideal for campaigns, product worlds, or mood boards.

Whether you start from a single image or select multiple assets, the similarity search ranks results by visual closeness, helping you group related content or identify unnecessary duplicates.

The new interface also improves clarity:

How does it work?

Simply select an image in the media library and click «Show Similar» to find visually related content. Multi-selection is also possible – the system then displays results based on visual similarity of the selected files.

The toolbar in the asset overview has been repositioned – and is now located centrally at the bottom of the screen.

What does this mean for you?
Important functions such as download, move, delete, or share are now right in your line of sight – right where you're already focusing on your content. This saves clicks, improves workflow, and makes working with your media library noticeably more efficient.

The new toolbar position is being gradually rolled out to all customers. If you don’t see it yet, it will be available soon.

The new Custom Links Dashboard in Bynder Analytics provides profound insights into your content performance and allows you to optimize linking strategies based on data.

With the dashboard, you can see exactly how often your custom links are clicked, where users come from (by country, device type, or login status), and how many links were created within a given timeframe. You can quickly identify which content resonates best – and where there's room for improvement.

With the Custom Links Dashboard, admins and stakeholders can analyze their linking strategy precisely and continue to refine it using real data – whether for campaigns, internal communication, or external partners.
