Adonis Kickstarter Schedule
Month 1 – Preparation Phase
In the first four phases of the project, which extend over the first month and are highlighted in color, the ADONIS system is implemented and configured step by step until it is ready for use at the end of this preparation phase.
Months 2 to 6 – Deployment phase:
The completion of the preparation phase is followed by a four-month
«deployment» phase, during which the system can be used productively and initial experiences in real operation can be gathered. At the end of the project, a «data export» phase is planned to carry out a final data export – should the system no longer be licensed.
Monthly status calls:
At the end of each month, a short status call is held to discuss progress and any questions that may arise. These calls are marked with a phone icon and are repeated monthly until the end of the project.
