Syndigo Connector Service

The Bynder–Syndigo Connector seamlessly connects product information and media content between Syndigo PIM and Bynder DAM. The connector service synchronizes configurable product metadata from the PIM directly with the corresponding assets in the DAM and automatically enriches images with relevant information. This means that metadata is not only consistently available, but also serves as effective search criteria in the DAM.

At the same time, preview images of the product assets from the DAM are made available in Syndigo. This means that images are directly visible in the PIM and can be checked and selected more easily. In addition, DAM information such as DAT URLs can be transferred back to Syndigo to efficiently support downstream systems and use cases.
