Training overview

Even though CELUM Work is very intuitive to use, it makes sense for users to take a more in-depth look at it as part of a practical training course. You will learn about the powerful features, try them out under expert guidance, and find out how to organize your content processes optimally.


Our certified CELUM consultants will explain the following to you with little theory and lots of practice (including exercises)

  • the basic concept of CELUM Work and the use of boards & tasks (Kanban)
  • the modeling of workflows and definition of responsibilities
  • the use of briefing forms, templates, and automations
  • the insertion of comments and feedback directly into tasks (including visual annotations)
  • the attachment of files and secure work with versions
  • collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Tips & tricks for efficient use in everyday life


Finally, we will briefly show you

  • how Work can be linked to CELUM Content

Target audience

Customers who use CELUM Work and want to manage their content processes efficiently and map them transparently.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of CELUM DAM; ability to participate in practical exercises using your own system (via browser). No separate customer system is required; the exercises take place in a cloud environment provided by brix.

Price

The cost of the training course is CHF 250 per participant. CELUM customers who are supported by brix as a CELUM implementation partner receive a 20% discount and therefore pay CHF 200 per participant.

Dates

The Work training lasts 2 hours and is conducted online in either German or English with a group of at least 4 and a maximum of 12 participants.
