User Sync Field

Do you want to assign your assets and/or folders on the CELUM ContentHub to a responsible user?

The extension «User Sync Field» makes it possible. When creating a new ContentHub user, a corresponding keyword is automatically created in a configurable root node (for use in a node-referencing information field). This makes it easy to tag assets and folders/nodes with the responsible user.

In combination with the extension «Asset Order», the approval request for certain assets can be assigned directly to a user. This reduces the chance of making mistakes and ensures that responsibilities are clearly assigned.
